I had an amazing experience with both Anthony and Tony regarding my heating system. They traveled to my house to properly examine our system before doing any work. They were proficient, easy going, and very transparent . I would recommend them for anyone who needs HVAC services on Long Island.

I had an issue with my heating system where it would randomly stop working during the coldest nights. Anthony came out and quickly diagnosed the problem—a faulty thermostat. He replaced it on the spot and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s been a few weeks now, and my heat has been consistent. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and expertise.

I wanted to upgrade my heating system to something more efficient, so I called this company to install a ductless mini-split system. Anthony was thorough in explaining the benefits and helped me choose the right model for my home. The installation process was seamless, and I’m amazed at how much better it heats my space. Deep Freeze HVAC is amazing! Anthony replaced my old central air unit with a new, energy-efficient system, and the difference is incredible. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Fantastic service and a job well done!
